"Great for families "

"The stay was over all pleasant but the staff at the lobby took forever to take care of the guests. Also, we have a child and needed to warm up milk constantly. The microwave is all the way in the game room making it a hassle to get there. There was renovation going on at the hotel therefore they gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite which was quite nice. Place was clean and spacious. Loved the fact that we were practically inside Universal Orlando Resort."

The property is family-friendly, with activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. We also appreciated how close it was to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. "The first room had a live german roach in it and the staff changed my room without any problems. The second room was good to go. "
