From receiving a personal greeting and garden tour from our host, the romantic and cute cottage accommodation, to the spectacular views from the deck at the back, we were highly impressed with this accommodation- particularly as it is a new listing and was recently purchased. It is obvious that the hosts have placed much love, time and effort in the attention to detail even with small things such as having an oil burner with lavender scent. The bed was very comfortable and it was the best sleep...

Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. We had to leave early the next morning for my son's gymnastics comp and were told that breakfast would be waiting for us at 6.30, this was unexpected as breakfast is not usually served until 8.00. I couldn't ask for better service. You certainly wouldn't get a hotel offering you the same service if you were to check out early. Will definitely return. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

we loved the Sorell Barracks they were so lovely and well maintained would recommend to anyone

I was concerned about the 'self check-in' style of the property and the fact there wasn't a manager on site, but everything worked seamlessly. The front door code worked just fine and the instructions were very clear on how to get into the room etc. The room we were given was just like the photos, clean, elegant and spacious. There is also a beautiful sitting room that is exquisitely furnished to relax at the end of a day of sight-seeing. The property also had lovely touches like the...

So often you come across formulaic sincerity in the hospitality industry. We all put up with it, while secretly gagging. So it's really refreshing when you c ome across hosts who clearly love what they doing. From the moment you arrive at the Montacute Boutique Bunkhouse you are made to feel genuinely welcome and it's a sense you have for the duration of your stay. I defy anyone not to feel at home when you are always greeted by your first name. May be the building isn't in the first flush of...

The room was comfortable and clean with heating and electric blanket for those cold nights. The room provided everything that you would require for a hotel stay. Continental breakfast provided in the morning to save looking for somewhere to eat if you are the type that needs breakfast. The staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

We had a great stay at fitzpatricks inn. Comfortable bed and great bathroom plus dog friendly! Thanks Nigel.

Very secluded cabin in the middle of the Huon Forests less than 1 hour from Hobart. Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Access via 5km gravel road with some steep sections. Waking trails and magnificent forest scenery. No 240V electricity and therefore no TV or WiFi, but gas fridge and cooking facilities all adequate. Stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed in Berwick Cottage which is at the back Robinson Cottage - a single room and attached bathroom around the rear of the property. Had no trouble getting into the place - instructions were perfectly fine. The floor is COLD (August!) in the bathroom however the heating soon helps with that. The shower is awesome (at least for my fellow tall people). Off street parking out the back is provided which is nice. The town itself was a little dead because of the time of year however it...
