"The layout of our suite was weird. The frosted glass bathroom door covered two electrical outlets when open. Other than that we would stay again but would bring more UK power converters. "

Room clean and appealing due to its close proximity to Westquay shopping centre, Mayflower Theatre, cruise ships at Southampton harbour and rail links from Southampton central to london and other key cities. Hotel is nicely presented as high star rating but with robust values. Highly recommend and would definitely again"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful, always service with a smile 😊. Ample parking, the room was clean and spacious. Great value for money with the use of the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Defo would come back again. Great place ❤️"

"Booked this hotel for a short stay which is perfect. The location is central to everything and the hotel is very accommodating. Staff were really helpful and friendly (which makes all the difference) If your looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. It is what it is for the price. Great hotel, great food, rooms nice but not massive. Perfect for 1 or two nights. "
