"It did not satisfy us at all. We left after 4 hours and did not stay the night as we didn’t feel comfortable to. it was a very tiny place compared to the pictures. The toilet seat was yellow, and there was no evidence of the place being cleaned. It was very dusty and the oven had a dirty pan in there. It looked like food had been cooked on it and not washed. "Clean rooms, spacious enough for two for a weekend/long weekend. Easy access to Southampton City centre on the No1 bus, which runs right past the front door. Plenty of parking front and rear to service all the apartments."

"The property was booked for 2 adults and 2 children and was advertised as sleeping 4. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was only one double bed and no sleeping accommodation provided for our two children. The small two-seat sofa was not a sofa bed and no additional mattress had been left at the property. We contacted the host that evening and they confirmed in writing that there is only one bed and explained that an air mattress would normally have been provided for the children. However,...

"The apartment itself was clean and tidy however the entry and stairs getting to the apartment were covered in old dirty and smelly carpet. The light in the bathroom did not work but was partially rectified by the delivery of a battery operated unit. Most significantly one of the main front windows was jammed open and the mechanism broken in such a way that the window could not be closed. This had obviously been this way for some time but the operator made it sound like he was just finding out...

"The flat is well located next the the multi storey car park. It is well equipped with all one might need.It was super clean and well prepared.The bedroom carpet is old and torn.There is a back entrance which leads to the car parking.The flats have a very serious rat infestation in this access.The instructions for finding the keys were comprehensive but were not sent until after arrival Overall my stay was not marred by these minor points."
