"We had a wonderful time, and the house served us perfectly! Then kids LOVED the upstairs room and the little play area. The house was clean and beautiful. All the appliances looked and worked like new. The kitchen layout was very functional. The only two thing that would have been nice (but didn’t effect the quality of our stay) would be a garbage disposal (I stress out about food going down the drain), and an outdoor grill. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed in this home with my wife and my daughter and her husband and six month old grandchild. I highly recommend staying at Ashland Terrace. The home is well equipped. It is excellently maintained. And the owners are wonderful to work with. It is also impeccably clean. The only drawback, and I only mentioned it to make you stay more enjoyable is be aware that there is traffic noise they have provided noise machines to help. "This house was extremely clean and close to everything we wanted to see. I wish our dog could have made the trip as this has a huge fenced in backyard. The host staff was quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was a little run down but the property was almost new in comparison and we felt quite safe."
