The room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony. However, the hotel is in a very noisy area so sitting on the balcony was not very peaceful. They charge $19 a night for parking which we did not know in advance and the car garage is a short walk outside the hotel.

My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey did an outstanding job of dealing with the craziness of Ironman, and still being helpful, polite, and concerned about the “regulars” coming in. She was handling more than her fair share of stress absolutely with flying colors. The desk staff was also outstanding in dealing with that busy event! We would definitely stay again at Chattanooga Marriott Courtyard.

The staff were so nice! They told us the best place to watch the NYE fireworks and helped us with any questions we had. Staff was extrmely nice and helpful both check-in and check out. When they heard I was there to celebrate Christmas early with my son and his girlfriend because they both had to work on Christmas, they made sure we had a nice room with a great view!
