"From the minute we stepped onto the property, the frontline staff made us feel so very welcome. They are excellent, very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a booking issue with Expedia and the motel management sorted it and resolved it in no time. I will highly recommended this newly renovated motel. They made you feel very welcome and everything is so clean and tidy. Kudo's to the staff at Eden Motel. You can be proud of this excellent establishment."

"Lovely Initial welcome by Daisy at Reception - and on Departure as well. Stayed for 7days in a well appointed Cabin ( Separate Shower to Bathroom, bedroom comfy & kitchen) with parking next to Cabin. Very private and only a 2min walk to the Ocean. Met the many Locals - Friendly Eastern Grey Kangaroos with their Joeys and a large Monitor Lizard all enjoying the Sun. As a Solo 71yr old Maori Female traveller of 5yrs, this would have to be the best Stay. Thank you Discovery Parks PAMBULA BEACH & Daisy. The only downside was: Expedia charged me Twice, and it has been difficult getting a Refund. 😔"

"One night away with myself and daughter for a beach trip. We did not liaise with any staff so could not really rate that appropriately. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean, great location, easy parking and seamless check-in. The business spans over two large properties. We were opposite the holiday park. There was a pool available on our side, and a small water park area with slides and sprinklers available in the holiday park side. I am unsure if you are able to utilise this if you're not staying on the holiday park side. Worth checking if you are travelling with kids. The property itself was really well maintained. Gardens, walkways, amenities. We come to Merimbula from Canberra often, and have tried out quite a few of the hotels. Some hits, a few big misses, but this one was a hit. Will definitely stay again. As my daughter put it "This is our new spot we can come to every time!""
