"Came in and check in was a breeze. The room was Clean and had a great view of the city. couldn’t have ask for more, room was 1206 "

"Only good thing to say about this hotel is friendly staff and it’s conveniently located to the San Diego cruise terminal. We checked in, headed up to the room, balcony door was wide open, pillows on the chair beside the bed without pillow cases, bathroom full of soap residue and hair from previous guests. We called downstairs to have them address the state of our room, they sent a friendly worker up with pillow cases, she kindly put them on and left. We didn’t hear anything else the rest of our short stay. If you can, avoid the property, but if you must, at least the team is nice and it’s conveniently located. "

"What a hidden gem. This hotel was wonderful the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was excellent. The room was so clean. The location was very close to all the places I wanted to visit. "
