"I want it known that guest relations ASHLEY working the afternoon of my arrival saved it for this hotel . The email I received from Expedia on who to call for check in for transportation that person took my call said the van was on the way multiple times I waited in the heat for almost 2 hours no van I called the front desk and she's like he's not employed for us anymore.. then the incidentals deposit doubled from what I was told I travel on a budget I was having a whole meltdown I was getting ready to leave for a cruise the next day Ashley save the Day.. she refunded me my Uber fees she helped me with the incidentals deposit they were amazing the hotel is beautiful the staff is amazing the waiter in the morning I was leaving when I wanted us to go fruit bowl was rude but everyone else at that place maintenance everything was on point"
