"Was in town for a wedding. Our stay was very pleasant. Staff was very nice and room was clean. Only disappointment was food in restaurant. Two meals breakfast and dinner both served cold both times restaurant was not crowded. "

"The front desk staff was especially friendly and professional. The room had not been vacuumed or mopped. I saw sparkly things all over the floor, so I bent down to see what it was and unfortunately saw bundles of hair and dust on the floor as well. Between the bed and nightstand there were drops of liquid on the floor that had not been cleaned up. It was late, so I just made sure to keep my socks on until I left."

"The wait time for checking in and guest services were long. There was only one person attending the 2 attached hotels. She was running back and forth from one hotel to another on the other side. It sucks when companies could care less about service and more about the bottom line that they’re willing to work an employee to death to save a dollar and not have help for them. The hotel was beautiful though but service sucked."
