The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. "Very clean. Nicely renovated, and close enough to walk to the subway. Description is accurate, and does state this is an apartment, however, it fails to mention that there are 4 families living there and the soundproofing is next to none. People just walking upstairs is loud, not to mention if there’s any yelling or kids playing loudly. Very nice apartment, very attentive owner and manager, but know you will be sharing it closely (like connecting doors close)."

"Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us."

"We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. "Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."
