"The wait staff at the restaurant got to know me and today, came to the table with a small piece of carrot cake and safe trip with flowers written on the plate. And, they didn’t charge me for the child’s breakfast. This was such a step above!"

"I had an excellent stay. The views of the volcano was incredible! The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. I felt very safe due to the security presence on the property and the staff were very helpful in making transportation arrangements to different places in the country. "

"I love the location of this hotel. It’s situated right in the heart of Centro Historico. Very close to the Cathedral, National Palace and Biblioteca National. Dining and shopping options are exceptional. The room is clean, soft bed/pillows, nice bathroom and warm showers. Staff are also very nice and accommodating. Will recommend for everyone to stay here."
