"Ill start by saying the good. The outside of the property is absolutely gorgeous with a breathtaking view of the valley and several towns. Thats where it all goes wrong. The drive to the cabin is not as listed. It is not a slight incline at all. You dont necessarily need a 4x4, but DO NOT attempt in a standard sedan. A truck or SUV is absolutely REQUIRED. "Lovely resort. We had a very spacious room so enjoyable to be in when relaxing. Great view over the lake. Pool was nice and very clean. We arrived really late at night as our flight was pushed back 6 hours. We didn’t get there till about 12:30. We communicated with them through WhatsApp and they sent us directions on how to get in. "They had great staff and services. The ladies were really nice and friendly and went out their way to make our stay the most pleasant time. We liked the fact that they had a variety of restaurants near by. The Santa Teresa thermal pools were near by which was a great activity that we enjoyed.
