"The room was clean and offered a lovely view, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite basic, and the quality and taste left much to be desired. For dinner, the restaurant menu was limited in variety, but the dishes we tried were flavorful and well-prepared. "

"We love the Quest at Ballarat Station. it is a welcome stopping off point when we are travelling to Melbourne from interstate. We know we can rest comfortably and have a good night sleep. Ballarat has lots to offer and it means we don't hit Melbourne at the end of a long day travelling to face peak hour traffic. "

"The escape villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and stunning tree views. The fireplace is a true centerpiece—gorgeous to look at from anywhere in the villa, while also providing excellent warmth and comfort. The open-plan jacuzzi is another highlight, perfectly positioned to take in the views. Both the couch and the bedding are very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. A couple of small areas could be improved: the TV reception wasn’t great, and some of the bathroom silicone is showing wear and light mold. Overall, though, a wonderful stay in a lovely villa."

"A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic! "
