"The entire place appears to be dated, terrible customer service. Rooms were not clean, had my room changed and same thing. Showers were filthy and the shower liner had mold on it. Completely unacceptable."

"Rooms were large and very nice. I stayed on the 13th floor and the view was not very pleasant. Right by fire escape window the view was the inside the building. Over all amazing experience hospitality was the best i have ever experience. Would recommend even though the outside view was the building was sore eye site. Just keep the curtains closed. "

"Great room but the beds were really small. The bathroom door was frosted but you could still see through the door and there was a large mirror in front of the bathroom door. To top it off the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not close all the way, so absolutely no privacy in a room that sleeps 4!"
