This is an excellent hotel. Very central and easily walkable to most attractions. The staff were superb and very helpful. The only downside (which wasn't a huge bother for me, but worth mentioning nevertheless) is that occasionally the rooms can be quite noisy from the revving of engines (motorcycles and cars) on the busy North Michigan Avenue. Notwithstanding this, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Property was clean. Staff was so lovely. Asked if special occasion and sent some drinks up. Overall great location and convenient. On the downside - noisy location also and difficult to get rooftop seating. It is not a bar rooftop. Flew into O’Hare and took subway and from there walked to hotel w one carry on suitcase.
