"Our two families absolutely LOVED this home! Beautiful, relaxing, multiple outdoor areas. Big bonus, they came daily to clean the pool! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Our housekeeper Daisy was AMAZING! And our House Manager, Stig, was the BEST! So responsive, full of suggestions and recommendations. Everything we needed was within the community. Access to the 3 golf carts made traveling with 8 people so easy and convenient. Would not change a thing and would HIGHLY recommend staying here. We hope to come back in the future."

"The home was spectacular and most of all very clean. I would give the Chef Pio and Jose the Butler 10 stars if I can. The house team was incredible. The food prepared was on point. At no time was there a bad meal. There were two couple of issues that came up. It was very disappointing, not to be able to go into the water on the beach due to the smell and all the seaweed. The whole premise of this vacation was to play with our grandchildren and family of 23 people on the beach. That did not happen. So we made the best of it in the wonderful pool they had at the house however still disappointing. The second issue was our hostess dropped the ball when it came to hiring the catamaran for the family of 23. If you are a hostess/concierge, you’re supposed to know the details of the catamaran trip. We spent a considerable amount of monies on this horrendous catamaran, we got to the beach in Palmilla Island the catamaran could not get close enough to go swimming in 4 to 5 feet of water. The captain claimed the boat will hit the ground. I had told the hostess that 95% of the people cannot swim so that was disappointing that we could not get off the boat into a beautiful turquoise water. They had a stupid plastic raft that some of us had to get on and do it ourselves and swim at least a 1/4 of a mile to get to 4 feet of water. The next stop was Soana Island and again tons of seaweed so we decided to go back home. Lost a lot of money on that trip. Still five stars overall for the trip."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful! The pool was perfect temperature and waa great to relax in. We thought beach access was much closer than it was. We also were not expecting the housekeeper to live at the house. While it is seperate and private, it was somewhat awkward. She was very nice. Silvia was great to communicate with and was very helpful. I would recommend a sheet or book with recommend restaurants, or things to do for guests."

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautifully decorated family friendly property! We were there during the hot season but the house was cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, gardens, golf carts, comfortable beds and most of all the wonderful meals prepared by Vanessa! She was truly one of the highlights of our trip to the Dominican Republic. We would definitely return to Villa Los Cocos!"
