"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, and I'm delighted to share our outstanding experience at this beautiful all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by every aspect of our stay. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with immaculate grounds, breathtaking ocean views, and a perfect blend of luxury and Caribbean charm. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, greeting us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly welcome throughout our entire visit. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with all the amenities we could want. Our accommodations offered spectacular views and provided a peaceful retreat after days filled with activities and relaxation. The resort's facilities are world-class. The pools were pristine and never felt overcrowded, the beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable loungers, and the various dining venues offered excellent variety. We particularly enjoyed the dinner restaurants, where the quality of food and service was exceptional. The entertainment and activities kept us engaged without ever feeling overwhelming. One small area for improvement: While breakfast offered good variety and options, the quality didn't quite match the exceptional standards set by the rest of the resort's dining experiences. Elevating the breakfast to match the dinner service would make this resort absolutely perfect. "

"The property was nice and well decorated but not very clean. It had a lot of dust and one of the toilets was very dirty. And the floor had hair. When we leave the property we left everything very clean and organize. We even wash all the towels we used. When we arrived to the property the property manager Ms: Perla left us a paper that we had to sign with our credit card information. For any property damage. I was waiting to see her in person and meet her but she told me she was going to come two times and never arrived but we had a great communication throw the phone. After we left she send me a massage of 19 photos trying to charge me for supposedly stayed of towels that we never made, I found that not honest. When I text her before we left for her to please come so I can show her how great we were leaving the property and she was unable to come. For this reason I will never will rent with them no more or recommend to no one they try to get extra money charging for extra cleaning fees. Be careful if you rent this property they are not honest. "
