Los Establos Cap Cana Tours and Activities

I’ve been 4 times to the hotel but this time it is noticeably the place needs renovation . I had two roaches in my room and when I asked for water bottle at 9 am to take some meds they brought it in the night . Honestly the place needs a renovation and the food needs to be as it used to be before . The staff are always nice the women but some of the men need to dim it down with the flirting especially when you go alone as a woman .

El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones super espaciosas, el trato fue espectacular. Los restaurantes son exquisitos. Definitivamente volveria,

We chose Hard Rock to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and our first stay was disappointing. Our friends were also first-time guests with the same room type, but they received complimentary champagne, desserts, and a discount on their stay that they said was for being first-time visitors. We received none of those perks. I had told the staff we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, which made the difference in treatment especially disappointing. When I raised these concerns at the end of our stay, I felt ignored. The room also had several problems. There was mold in the shower, and water leaked into the sink area whenever we showered. We had to put towels down to keep the water from spreading. Our room keys also stopped working because the door’s reader wasn’t functioning properly. Between the room conditions, access problems, and lack of response from staff, this was far from the birthday experience we had hoped for. We expected a clean, functioning room and attentive, consistent service.
