"Secrets, Cap Cana, was a kept secret for us, LOL! First time there and what a pleasant surprise. The resort besides being beautiful, is just the right size for me (not too big but not that small either- no extreme walks to get to the pool area, breakfast area, etc.) The room was super spotless. The staff was extremely helpful (they went out of their way to help/guide, etc.), very courteous and cheerful as well. No complaints about the food, plentiful and great tasting at the buffet as well as the different restaurants. Great seafood place for lunch, tried the Hibachi, French and seafood for dinner and they did not disappoint! Wow! Definitely coming back here more often!"

"This was our first visit to the area and we wanted to love it but our experience with this rental was not positive. We regularly rent vacation homes during the busy holiday season so we expected there would be some challenges, "

"The loft was beautiful and just as advertised. The views from the condo are stunning. The condo has everything you need and is in a great location. The grounds crew is constantly working to keep the pool, beach and grounds of the complex clean. Kelly is the best at ensuring her guests are well taken care of. She checked in periodically and was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. When we arrived in the DR we found out our cellphone carrier did not offer available data in the area and therefore using GPS was not an option for directions to the condo and speaking to locals was a challenge because of the language barrier. Fortunately, we were able to call Kelly and she was so kind and caring to help us navigate our way to the condo. We couldn’t ask for a better experience."

"The property is spotless and modern. The host is very attentive, and always available to answer questions. When booking in the area, if you wish to use the beach, I would recommend that you check whether seaweed blooms have formed on the Cap Cana beaches, but there are plenty of other things to do within Cap Cana like Scape Park adventure park and kayaking."
