The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful. I had mistakenly booked at Terminal 3 but was arriving and departing from Terminal 2. She handled the change smoothly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated after a long flight. The booking also includes access to the lounge next to the Sunflower Garden, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great space to unwind before your next flight. I arrived during Chinese New Year, so the spa facilities were closed. That said, it looked like a lovely amenity and I would definitely consider trying it on a future visit.
