"Little out of date but worth the price"

"The staff was very friendly. The water pressure and temperature were good. That's where the positives end. The room smelled like bleach so I assume it was cleaned to some degree but the door bolt has broken off and the door around it patched up, like the door was kicked in and then patched over. There were several other places in the walls that were dented in and patched over but not repainted, the furniture was falling apart, the towels are tiny, there is mold/mildew in the bathroom with chunks of paint and spackle falling off, and worst of all, there was literal semen dried to the wall in the bathroom, which we didn't see jntim 2 days into our trip when the steam from the shower highlighted the dried drips that ran down the wall. This might be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in and if this is what is to be expected from an OYO Hotel, I won't be staying in one again."

"We had a great stay here. The house was clean on arrival and is truly ideal if you're visiting Silver Springs with pets. The fully fenced backyard is huge, well lit at night, and gave our dogs plenty of room to run.A few notes for future guests: the inflatable soccer game in the yard is older but still usable, and the grill is no longer on the property. The living room is on the smaller side, so it’s not the best setup for a large group to gather around the TV, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the river. The kitchen was well stocked, though there were only two coffee cups — so bring extras if you need more. The fire pit area was a highlight, with plenty of outdoor seating for nightly fires and socializing.The location is excellent, just two minutes from Silver Springs, Shopping centers and multiple great resturaunts.The host was extremely communicative, answering every question within the hour. Overall, a comfortable, pet‑friendly stay with great outdoor space."

"Terrible experience. Beware. Room was clean, but no toilet paper in any of the units. She knew about us coming for weeks. I asked her days before to check in at 3pm. She had plenty of time to prepare. Only one towel in our unit. She told me she would send the cleaner to come. I didn’t want to wait. Called VRBO, got my money back thankfully from VRBO as a credit. She argued with me on the phone and lied to the agent as we were trying to resolve. Will not ever be back. You might have a better experience than we did."

"Room was not ready for some one to stay in… no towels or toilet paper or soap..tape on the light fixture and smelt like smoke in the room and smelt like the bedding had not been washed"

"There is NO daily , nor ANY housekeeping. There is NO breakfast or coffee. There is NO people in the office. The room was just a concrete square with a bed, small table, 2 cracked and withered chairs. Bathroom is from 1960. The tub faucet never stopped running. We had one rill of toilet paper for 6 days, 2 people. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES! They do not show the truth of what you will get. The only good thing i can say is there are no roaches and no bedbugs. "
