It's an average roadside motel. Nothing fancy, not the cleanest but there wasn't any bugs. It was pretty quiet at night. The pool was clean and functional. It's close to numerous restaurants and a Wal-Mart.

Saysbit was refunded butbi never recieved it called again they said nothing we can do

I am very upset with my stay here. The staff was very friendly and wonderful during check-in. The room was "surface" clean. But the absolute worst part is they have roaches.. did not see any during the day. However, when i got up from watching tv at night to use the restroom, i turned on the bathroom light and there were roaches. After going back out to the room i turned on another light and there were more roaches. I had the worst night sleep because i was worried they would crawl on me or my son. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel but i was expecting it to be bug free.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of issues with this motel. The curtains were hanging down off the hooks and no chair to pull over to fix it. I had to use a floor lamp to hold the curtain up to block the window so people couldn't look into the room. The light switch for above the sink was broken so was on at all times. There was an adjoining door between rooms that was ajar and wouldn't close or latch or lock in anyway. There was a big table blocking it, but the door would bang against the table. The television/cable didn't work. The refrigerator was leaking liquid all over the floor. The non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. All my clothes soon smelled like smoke. The floors weren't clean. The beds only had a sheet and blanket with no top bedspread or anything. It was very cold. To my amazement the shower worked and had good pressure. I asked at the desk about security because I had a rental car. They said cameras were covering the parking lot and that the front desk was open 24/7. Many people staying there were long term tenants living weekly or monthly so many people were just hanging around. The location is convenient. I wouldn't stay here again. I had a family emergency and flew in from out of state. It was the only vacancy that I could afford last minute. If you have the time and can research, I suggest pay a bit more and go to another place.

Roach Motel

The hotel is not anything like in the pictures. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, which was the only redeeming quality. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was grime all along the floor boards. The inside of the door had paint that was peeling and or damaged. Thy vinyl flooring was warping and stained. The inside of the bathroom looked like it had mold or at least water stains. The vanity was previously damaged and the wood leg was reattached, but the damage was still blatantly visible. The backsplash on the vanity was damaged. I even checked for bed bugs due to the condition of the room. The TV also did not work. The staff came up and got it working, but once I turned it off and went to bed, it was not working again in the morning. The curtain over the window was damaged on the upper right corner. The chair in the room was also stained, and there was a tear in the luggage stand. Also the tub spout was not anchored and when I pulled the shower diverted for the shower, it pulled away from the wall. The carpet in the lobby was filthy and heavily stained. I nearly asked for a an immediate refund and check out. I only stayed there one night, because there were no other hotels with rooms due to hurricane Milton. My own power was knocked out due to the storm requiring me to stay in a hotel until restoration due to my need for my CPAP. I cannot believe this is a chain hotel. If I was Rodeway, I would pull the franchise from this place. Worst hotel stay ever!

Floor was so dirty your feet were black when walking out of the shower to the bed. Checked in on Thursday and finally got clean towels and wash clothes Saturday afternoon after numerous requests. Very loud and noisy. Pool was great-the one highlight. Smell of pot outside everyday

Horrible Experience

I was not happy with this stay. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. I reserved a king bed and was given two twin beds. The lamps in the room did not work. When I went to turn the shower on the knob fell off. And there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I WIL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
