Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing.
The only downside was the breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. It offered only a few hard-boiled eggs, sliced bread, very poor-quality coffee, and a limited selection of fruit. On top of that, there was always a long line of guests waiting.
We stayed for five nights but had breakfast at the hotel only once because it simply wasn’t worth it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better breakfast. Improving the breakfast would make this hotel even better.

Checking in took us 1 hour & 52 minutes. This is not a joke. The lines were going out the front doors. Others in line joked the flight was shorter than the line to check in.
We got locked out of our room at 8:30pm with twin infants. Everything to feed them was locked inside our room. It was not a priority to the staff. We didn’t gain entry to our room until 11:30pm.
The rooms are huge & the property was clean but they do not maintain things well here. Hence why our door lock quit working.
I would not stay here again, even if it was free. They have major staff issues.

"The room was clean and basic. Bed slept well but it was not the best atmosphere. Kinda of scary. Got there late and the staff was unhelpful and didn’t give full information about how to get to room. When I asked if elevator didn’t even explain where it was. Outside felt dirty but room was clean."

"The room was excellent. Living room, two tvs and a luxury bathroom. Parking was close and plentiful. Room was cleaned every day. Ice machine was close and always working.. In and out keys worked to perfection. No problems, no complains. Totally enjoyed my stay."
