Yes! One of the water bottles was not taged as an additional charge. Opened the bottle before finding out there was a tag on second bottle indicating a charge for non diamond, gold, or silver levels. Also most facilities offer a complementary breakfast. Not so.

the room was great and the hotel itself was beautiful but having to pay extra for continental breakfast is not a good idea. On top of having to pay for the breakfast the food was not even good the pancakes were rubbery and awful, so disappointing

Great location. Staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast option is one of the best I have experienced. Common areas such as the pool and bar are excellent.
