"I am elderly with low vision which is almost blind. And yes they do let us drive lol. At any rate the place I stayed at was clean and neat as a pin. It was located 30 minutes from where I met up with my family.. I drive using Waze especially if I drive at night which is rare. When I tried going to the home at night Waze malfunctioned and kept telling me I was at the right place even when I wasn't. I contacted VRBO finally and my host and they helped me find my way in. The host even helped park my car. This home was typical of a home built in the 50s. I live in one currently. It felt relaxing and most pleasant. The photos are good ones of how the house actually looks. It has a nice patio for sitting outside. The neighborhood is typical of old Florida and was quiet. Didn't take pictures because I didn't know I could. I would definitely stay with Kari again!! "

"I had original booked my stay from 7-18 - 7-20. I had an appt. and tried to re-book for 7-19 - 7-21. The same day I was able to change my appt. and notified the host that we were going to stay with our original dates 7-18 - 7-20. I didn't hear back, so I sent another message to confirm. I got a confimation from the host along with a 25 charge for inconvenience . When we arrived Friday around 7:30pm I noticed there were dogs in the VRBO. I called the host to find out what was the situation and she said that she was expecting us the next day even after confirming my message to keep original dates. She then said she would not be able to get to the VRBO for another20min as she was cleaning. We had just drove over 3 hrs. I had reminded her that I had sent her a message to stay with original dates and she started to get agitated saying " I work 2 jobs, and she had me scheduled for the 21st and I clearly had the message of her confirming staying with original dates date she must not have changed her information. By this time, I was aggravated and getting ipset that she was making excuses and she then told ne at that point she didn't want me staying in her place and she would refund my money. I agreed and left the property. She was very unprofessional about the mix up. If she had too much to handle then she should evaluate her work situation and prioritize. "
