The property was in a good location. However, the linens where not fresh and the pillows smelled of someone''s sweat, ugh. The overall room was outdated and worn. This facility of Extended Stay America needs a make over.

I like that the doors are locked at the front desk. I liked the top floor room. I didn't like that people were hanging out in the front of the building smoking right by the entrance.

The room I was booked had roach skeletons in the bed frame my mattress was sitting on, and more on the ground. The bathroom was clean, furniture was reminiscent of used office furniture. But the noise. I did not sleep more than 10 min at a time. The noise was loud enough to seem like refrigerators were being moved in and out of a room nearby, doors would slam and it would cause my walls and door to move. It was loud enough to be a college dorm on my floor, and the drug scene was serious.

I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the experience my friends and I had at this hotel. We had booked three rooms for ourselves and two other families traveling with us, expecting a smooth and relaxing stay. Instead, what we encountered was nothing short of a nightmare. To begin with, one of the rooms was not ready at 4:30 PM, which is already an hour and a half past the check-in time. We received a call at 5:30 PM saying the room was finally available, but by then, we were already on an excursion and couldn't return to the hotel. My friend was only able to check in after 10:30 PM—an exhausting end to a long day of travel from Miami. Upon our arrival, we were horrified to discover that the hotel was infested with roaches. They were everywhere—absolutely everywhere—in the rooms, hallways, even the bedding. The rooms were filthy, with stained linens, broken duvets, and an overall lack of cleanliness. I took pictures and videos of the hotel's disgraceful condition to document this. The front desk staff, particularly a lady named Patricia, was extremely rude and dismissive when we requested assistance. Not only did she offer no help, but she also made checking out and getting a refund unnecessarily difficult. Two of the families traveling with us were able to book alternative accommodations, but only at a much higher rate, leaving us scrambling for a solution. To make matters worse, when I contacted Expedia for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I h

Evidence of roach excrement near outlet over kitchenette counter. Roach walking around inside the bathtub. They list having silverware, dishes and pots and pans non were available in the room. Front counter staff lacked morale.

Disgusting room!!

We went into our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The rug appeared not to have been even vacuumed, the toilet was dirty as was the shower and tub area. It had a strong odor of old urine. We did not stay the night. I want my money refunded.
