"Had 4 nights in this hotel. Room is a little outdated and showing significantly. Wednesday evening we ate in the restaurant which was ok. They do add 10% service charge onto the bill and tell you they can remove it if you wish!!!! Breakfast was lovely Thursday and friday mornings, however Saturday and Sunday was a little disappointing 😞. "Room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were absolutely fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was the lack of air conditioning in the room . This said i would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Quiet atmosphere of Suberb outside the busy city with a convenient easy to use tram and on the route of the hop on hop off tour bus. Great place to stay for a couple of days exploring the city. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold and was typical of continental breakfasts offered by large chain establishments. "
"Checkin was fine, receptionist made sure we'd keyed in our car reg to their parking iPad to avoid a penalty charge. Room 20 was a good size, recently renovated, a bit similar to a Premier - so it's pretty good. The only small niggle was the shower didn't have much pressure, but still a 5 star stay.
Bar next door is friendly and inexpensive, breakfast was really good.
