Loved it here!
We really enjoyed staying here. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend here to our friends who are visiting and we ourselves would love to come visit here again.

Amazing Hotel
Breakfast is included and you have a choice from the menu. Swimming pool with recliners. The hotel is a short $2.00 tuk tuk ride from down town. There was good Internet service. Large spacious room with a bath tub. Very friendly staff. Attend the amazing Phrae Circus people not animals.

Nice hotel & Staff is very friendly
The hotel is nice and relax to stay. I feel like home when i stay there for 4 nights. It only have 12 rooms and not crowded and its was really nice place to stay. The employees there was so friendly and helpful. 1 thing i like about them is they always smile and greet the people when they bump into. This is very important to create a friendly environment. The most important is they are very helpful, when i need sim card for my phone, the staff helped us to buy it with a cheaper price or their local price. The hotel also always has their own standby tuk tuk services and its ease our journey to the places that we went. Their tuk tuk services is reliable and reasonable price as well.

Slightly off the beaten track and quirky
I really enjoyed my stay at La Rose Blanche as the staff were wonderful - really helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the hotel feels like a small oasis away from the main drag of Siem Reap. Breakfast is served under shelter by the pool in a charming area and was delicious. The drinks were very nice too. The hotel is located down a non-paved road from the main drag, and at night is unlit. However, we did find our way back at night as it is not too difficult to remember. Just have a light on your phone or a torch if you are afraid to walk in the dark! In the room, the telephone and the bath did not work (no water from the taps) and the shower ran intermitently very hot with cold and the water pressure pulsated from flow to dribble. However, I found the hotel overall to be so charming, that I would probably stay there again - I really did love it.

Great room for price! Poor service let it down...
Room was great, especially for the price paid! However, the first room we were placed in had gaps in the room door (to the outside) which not only could people see through, but would also let mosquitos through in the night. We asked to move rooms, as we did not wish to be bitten in the night, but were told there were no other rooms available. However, the hotel manager did arrange for us to stay in another room, the following day. The receptionist was helpful and knew his stuff about the local area (Angkor Wat etc). It did seem he was reading from a script though as when I asked him a question, that wasn't tourism related, he became confused very quickly. This may have been due to a language barrier. The air conditioning units seemed to struggle to cool the rooms, though after hitting the turbo button that seemed to do the trick. Breakfast provided was adequate. A few things weren't available on the menu, but what was available was tasty. The pool area was lovely, a real paradise, but we did find the pool itself to be a little "murky". It could do with more regular cleaning. Unfortunately we did not receive turnover service, on any of the nights, despite leaving a "clean my room" hanger on the room door. When we asked for new shower gel, the maid tried to find a spare in the bin of another room. Our room water was not replaced and when I asked for some water, I was told there was none and would have to come back the next day. A good room & resort let down by a poor service.

Quiet and comfortable
The staff greeted us with big smiles and a refreshing drink and cold towel on arrival. The room was lovely and the pool was great. There was always a Tuk Tuk driver on hand to take us anywhere.

Calme, confort et bonne localisation
Très bon séjour à la Rose Blanche, nous y avons passés 3 nuits. Le personnel est très professionnel. Nous sommes passés par la réception pour louer des vélos pour visiter Angkor. L’hôtel est à 15 min à pied du centre ville. Idéal pour aller manger dans les cantines de rues au bord de la rivière.

Très belle hôtel
J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel très calme et au design épuré et raffiné. Si je devais ressortir les points négatifs, je dirais que le petit déjeuner est répétitif et que l'emplacement est un peu excentré par rapport au centre de la ville. Mais je ne regrette pas du tout d'y être allé : le rapport qualité / prix étant très bon !

O hotel fica escondido, porém, eles oferecem o serviço de pick up service do aeroporto, o que é muito útil principalmente se você desembarca a noite. Os funcionários são atenciosos, o café da manhã no estilo menu é saboroso e vem uma boa quantidade. Os quartos são amplos, limpos e bem equipados com televisão, frigobar, banheira, e um amplo banheiro, apenas o guarda roupas que estava com poeira. Tem uma ótima piscina. Nos arredores do hotel não tem muitas opções de restaurantes e bares, e o hotel fica em torno de 30 min de caminhada do Night Market.

スタッフや室内は満足出来ます。
室内及びスタッフは満足出来るレベルです。朝食も量は私には十分でした。しかし、街中へ出るにはTUKTUKでないと、徒歩ではかなり歩くのでその点は普通としました。

Perfektes kleines Paradies inmitten des Trubels
Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Hilfreich zu wissen ist sicher, dass es nicht im Zentrum liegt, sondern etwas abseits (fußläufig etwas weit), dafür stehen aber Citybikes kostenlos zur Verfügung, die wir allabendlich genutzt haben. Zudem steht vorm Hotel immer ein Tuk Tuk bereit. Die Rezeption hilft bei jeglichen Buchungen von Aktivitäten und Tickets, meist wird man am Hotel abgeholt. Leiht man sich Mountainbikes aus (wie wir um Angkor Wat individuell zu erkunden), dann können auch die ins Hotel geliefert und wieder abgeholt werden. Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht und wurden mit einem kostenlosen 3 Gänge Lunch / Dinner überrascht, den es wohl bei der Buchung ab 3 Nächten gibt.

Una perla en Siem Ream! Fantástico!!
Mi estancia en La Rose Blanche Boutique fue excelente! El hotel es impecable, las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias, con elementos de primera calidad, un baño hermoso, TV, wifi, Camara de seguridad, frigobar, escritorio y living room. Pero lo mejor fue la atención del staff... Hacia mucho tiempo que no me hospedaba en un lugar donde el personal fuese tan atento, servicial, educados y eficientes. Mucho más que recomendable!! Voy a volver a hospedarme aquí cuando regrese a Siem Reap!

Soggiorno da favola
Tutto è stato perfetto, struttura bellissima, piscina aperta fino alle 22:00 perfetta per rinfrescarsi dopo una bollente giornata ai templi, personale molto gentile e professionale, ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità. Ci hanno messo a disposizione le biciclette gratis per girare la città e i templi di Ankgor, e ci hanno aiutato a prenotare escursioni e a noleggiare i motorini. C'è anche un tuktuk gratuito a disposizione una volta al giorno che nel nostro caso l'ultimo giorno ci ha portato anche in aeroporto sempre gratuitamente. E' stato un soggiorno da favola, torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trovare un'atmosfera rilassante e fuori dai rumori della vita notturna.

+: Hotel nuovo,bella piscina e bella stanza (come da foto), pulizia ok,personale disponibile e molto gentile. Servizio tuk tuk da e per aeroporto e per il centro (ma gratis solo entro le 22 e solo per il centro) -: La passeggiata verso il centro sarebbe troppo lunga e in strade sterrate/fangose e buie. Colazione non a buffet, ottima ma il servizio é un po’ lento

アットホームなホテル
部屋、プール、外観どれにおいても清潔。ウェルカムドリンク、フルーツつき。スタッフは、笑顔が絶えない。英語が苦手な私にも親切に対応。朝食は、クメール、ヨローピアン、オーガニックがあり、それぞれ3種類づつから選べる。立地は、パブストリートまで、歩いて15分くらい。トゥクトゥクならすぐ。アンコールへの3日間も、このホテルでトゥクトゥクをチャーター。毎朝、時間通りの迎えで、快適でした。空港へは、片道送迎つき。繁華街の喧騒から離れて、のんびり静かに過ごすなら非常に良いと思います。水の出が、駄目な時があったので、それが改善点ですか。

Nyåbnet moderne hotel dog med startvanskeligheder
Meget moderne smart indrettet hotel. Dog med start problemer såsom manglende vand i nogle vandhaner, problemer med tv'et (hvilket dog blev fikset), manglende hynder på liggestole. Det værste var dog fugten og den dårlige lugt på badeværelset. Tror nok at det skal blive er rigtig fint hotel, når de lige får sig lidt erfaring og feedback.
