"Our favourite stay of our time in Japan- the hotel impresses in every way, and the number of things offered without additional cost makes it an excellent value as well. Highly recommend. "

"My observations, in no particular order: Small room, but has everything you need -separate shampoo & conditioner, which I like - no lotion -gave us bottled water on arrival -cold orange water (water w orange slices) in the lobby -slippers, shoehorn, & pjs in the room -toiletries in lobby in case you didn’t happen to have a toothbrush, hair tie, etc -very pleasant lobby staff - only downside: you can’t book the shuttle to the airport till you arrive, so we had to take the subway back, because we arrived around 11:30 pm, and the shuttles were full - Hotel was great at answering my questions before we arrived, about how to get here from the airport - it’s 3 subway stops away. - heated toilet seat - integrated bidet - usb outlets, so we didn’t need adapters - In the shower it has a cord to hang laundry - A/c blows directly on bed area - hard to get out of its path. That was a bit uncomfortable. "

"The most stunning hotel, onsen in each room, great decor, staff very helpful. The shuttle bus to the station was helpful. Hotel general onsen was immaculate and we loved the robes and wooden slippers in our room! Snacks and drinksin the bar were a great touch too "

"It’s very convenient location. Just few minutes from Odawara Railway Station. Close to everything and love to visit historical Castle. The staff are very helpful. Thanks!"

"Absolutely loved our view of the ocean out our huge windows. Also loved the deep tub which was great to soak in after 29,000 steps in a day. "
