"Key access was down a dark gravel Alley, Key didn't work on door, had to get Oaks Reception to fix the Door Swipe Lock, Television didn't work, contacted Airtrip, advised someone would fix, didn't happen, Noisy rubbish and bottle collections early in the AM! "

"When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again."

"Room smelt moldy, bathroom could use a good scrub and bleach! Location good, Hotel was hostile towards Airtrip customers. I did not like using key box and at night as area was not lit."
