Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"Very thoughtful and helpful staff, always offering us heat packs/ umbrella when we leave in the morning. Onsen is small but has both indoor and outdoor areas, good vanity supplies and hair dryer. Location is excellent if you drive and want to be based near the Hoshino resort area. Plenty of things to explore within 20min drive from hotel."

"大浴場が時間制で男女入れ替わりになっていましたが、女性に入れ替わる時、脱衣場のマットの交換をして欲しかった。男性の後なので少しの気遣いがあると嬉しい。"
