"We chose this hotel for the location. It is definitely in the middle of everything in shinjuku. We chose to book thru expedia for safety of mind in case we needed to cancel.
The lobby is on the 8th floor, so there will always be 2 elevators to enter or exit.
The elevators for the rest of the hotel are split and you don't really have to wait long.
Check in, check out, instructions and help to find a company to fix my glasses, laundry - all were dealt with very professionally and friendly.
the room was pretty spacious, separate toilet room, show room and the sink is outside.
We faced the Tokyu Kabukicho tower, and the quad below, where events were held often and we could hear some of it, and they quieted down by 10pm. There is a starbucks in that tower. The screen on that building also shuts off by 10.
Within the hotel tower there are many shows, including a very nice sushi joint.
It is extremely walkable to shinjuku station and lots of other parts of town.

"I stayed 5 total days, the room is small...but it works if your trip is short and you don't have a large suitcase. It's located about 15 minutes from Shinjuku Main Station, and 5-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. Lots of food options, and close to the heart of Shinjuku. Great for a solo traveler/couple. "Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Great location with a 7 Eleven 1min walk away and Honzamon line was right accross the street that takes you to Shinjuku and Shibuya in 15-17min"
