Our 4 nights of stay at this hotel was absolutely pleasing from check-in to check-out. Upon our arrival we were offered hot hand towels for refreshment which we could warm our hands that were all frozen due to cold weather of Tokyo. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, spoke fluent english. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The staff were really friendly and helpful in describing what was available at the hotel. The hotel was quiet, with almost no noise heard from guests staying staying on the same floor. Washing machine was easy to use, but if more full, it will need a longer dry cycle. Room stayed cool during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel NIWA. As a solo traveller, this is a lovely, safe area. Although I felt safe overall in all locations.
After much research I chose Hotel NIWA as I love the serenity here. It’s so peaceful, away from the busyness & the crowds, however a great location, close to all with such great transportation & so many fabulous dining options close by. The food is fabulous here.
The service standards are excellent. I found all staff so friendly, courteous & so helpful....

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room.
We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed.
The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.
