"Rooms we booked were perfect (our teenagers stayed in an adjoining room to ours). Even with 2 doors closed between them, both rooms completely quiet (couldn't hear one another). Staff and everyone at the InterContinental incredibly gracious and helpful. View of the river - lovely. Short walking distance to both the Diamon and Hamamatsucho subway stops, loved that it was in a quieter part of the city. We miss it already! Food at breakfast buffet - ample, with both western and traditional fare. Rooms had nespresso coffee machines (BONUS), kettle to make hot tea. THANK YOU to all who made our stay wonderful! "
"The man at the front desk far exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly above and beyond. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to offer us exceptional services. Thank you much for your generosity and hospitality! "
"Nice to have hot espresso based refreshments, juices and snacks after a long day of exploring in the reading room. The library theme on each floor was unique and worth exploring. "
"The hotel is a museum like hotel with arts desolated all over . Thd view from the lobby was so special with Mt Fuji and Tokyo tower

"Clean, well equipped accommodation with in-room laundry machine. Friendly multi language staff. Self-service expresso machine in lobby was our highlight!"
