"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."

"This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo."

"A very good amount of space and all the amenities like laundry and kitchen appliances in the executive room provide a comfortable stay like home. The only setback is the noise of the chicken butchery shop across the street which starts working from a little before midnight to the early morning hours.
