"Outstanding when it comes to the staff, housekeepers and location. The manager took care of us right away when we had some minor issues with the room. Stayed here for 9 days. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to hamamatsucho station. Convenient stores and places to eat are walkable as well. Room are expected to be smaller since it’s an older building comparing to the newer hotels that we have stayed in both tokyo and osaka. We had 8 luggages and did a lot of shopping so just had to work with the space you have. They don’t have a designated laundry area but there is one that’s 2 minutes away close to 7-11. Overall our experience was great."
