"Good location, close to metro station and 7Eleven. Staff very nice and helpful, recommended nice ramen place nearby. Bedding v comfortable with choice of pillows. Great selection of toiletries and everything clean. Only downside was that aircon was not cool enough and we had to open the window. "

They had great toiletries (the body scrubs were amazing) and the 24h complimentary coffees were great. The staff were so helpful in transferring my luggages. The Shimbashi station made it easy to get around the city. I would come back for sure. "
