"I did not get to stay at Ramada by Wyndham Provo, The,hospital would not let me keep my reservation. They were worried about complications that could happen after my procedure. So I,ended up staying in the hospital overnight. The Dr. was adamant that I not leave the hospital as I required observation for any complications that could happen Please let me know if there is any way I could get my money back or at least part of it phone number is (435)299-2637. "It was very good!"

"Continental breakfast was fine and the rooms were clean. Nice pool and hot tub. I didn’t really like the French doors to the bathroom and the toilet was really low. I felt like it was for a child. However, beds were comfortable and overall it was fine."

"The key machine malfunctioned and we were without keys to our room. The front desk attendant let us in our 1st room. Upon leaving to get dinner, our door was stuck and we were trapped in our keyless room. We called the front desk only to discover that there was no maintenance to get us out. We were moved to another room, and still had no keys. However, upon resting - a strange man with his luggage came into our room. This startled us and he walked back out. This man had a key to our room that we didn’t. This is very disturbing and very disappointing, we have stayed here before and did not have any problems. We most likely will never return to this facility in the future."

"The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was huge. The bed was very comfortable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone e."

"There should be a disclaimer that this property is undergoing massive construction. Parking lot is torn up, main restaurant is being torn down. We weren’t warned that this was no longer a food option. Bulldozers tearing up the golf course adjacent to the pool area, so lots of dust. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had know in advance about all the construction noise, dust, inconvenience, and severely restricted food options."
