"We travel a lot and we stay in hotels. We have stayed in 12 hotels in the past 3 weeks on a long road trip. This was by far the absolute BEST hotel we have used. The staff were very friendly and helpful, checking in frequently to see if everything was okay. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Everything looked new. The breakfast was delicious. Parking in the onsite garage (20 dollars per night) was easy. And they gave us delicious cookies upon check in and check out! Stay here, you will love it!"

"Very nice and convenient located hotel for our arriving in Salt Lake. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms pretty small. The staff was very helpful because we were traveling with one person in a wheelchair and a 5 year granddaughter and needed connecting rooms which were got. The Grand America Hotel

"This is a wonderful hotel. It reminds me a little bit of the Bellagio or the Venetian in Las Vegas. The interior looks so wonderful. My granddaughter went through the door when we arrived and jumped up and down and shouted “this is my Palace” (because most of the time she is a princess). The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were really large and high end. The only problem (that why I did not rate it 5 stars) was that I injured my self with a bathrooms door and I was bleeding pretty bad, went down to customer service and ask for First Aid. They told me to call the security what I did but more than 45 Minutes happened nothing. So I went to our other room and woke up my wife and my daughter because we had some supplies for wounds. Unfortunately we had to leave early so we could not have breakfast but my daughter and granddaughter used the nice pool like the night before."
