"Back door was left ajar with a rock in it at all times. I kicked the rock away, but it was back in the doorway keeping the door open. Bathroom light was out and maintenance fixed it right away. Beds are hard. It's next to the freeway and very, very noisy."

"I went there because I love the pool but it was closed and they never told us when we were checking in or on your website. Expedia does not say the pool was closed so I was really upset because it was my 28th anniversary. My husband is a truck driver. He just started his new job and had to ask permission for these days and we didn’t get what we wanted. They never told us when we checked in that the pool was closed so we got ready to go to the pool and it was close I was really disappointed. I even cried because I was looking forward to being at that hot tub"
