"Room was clean but the appliances did not work well"

"The hotel was a great choice. My problem is with hotels.com. Yesterday I booked 4 nights ( having already been here 6 nights) at 78.00 per night. When I checked in the rate for two of the nights had changed to above 90,00 a night. When i called hotels.com customer service number I was told that the price of nights sometimes changes and they can’t do anything about it. The hotel was very good but not so much with hotels.com. I will not be using hotels.com again. "

"Great communication from the owner. Very nice place to stay. Great location. Check out Sinners and Saints coffee just down the street. Huge backyard for pets. We had to make a trip down to a funeral while we were sitting my dad’s dogs. This property was perfect for the trip. The backyard was just right. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. If you’re headed to Utah County and need a place for you and your furry friends, this is a great place for you. Thanks Morgan. "

"The location was great close to shoppings and entertainment. It was clean!!One of the bathrooms had problems. There was construction on the property, which started at 7am. We were never informed that there was going to be construction going on the property."
