"We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus. Overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely be back!"

"I absolutely loved this property. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Food was also wonderful and the shopping in town was fantastic. The only improvement would be to hire some first rate service staff. The service at the milkhouse needed a bit of training in both hospitality and expediting. But overall a huge recommend and we will be returning"

Every smile, every welcome, and every act of care made us feel like family — not just guests. What touched me most was how much love they showed my daughter, who turned 3 on 11/23. They made her birthday unforgettable! They sang “Happy Birthday,” extended her celebration for 9 more hours, gifted her balloons, a birthday tiara, and even more surprises. She couldn’t stop smiling and saying, “This is the best birthday ever!” My heart was so full. A huge thank you to Glenda, Austin, the receptionist team, Engineering, the Chef & Waiter, the Sparkle Crew, and the incredible General Manager, Scott.
