"I was really bummed with our experience at this hotel. It was close & convenient for a walk to the UCCU for a concert, pretty much the only thing that was worth our short stay. We checked in around 5:30 pm, & were not there long before we left for the concert. Right when I walked into the bathroom, it smelled like pee. Underneath the toilet seat, there was pee underneath the lid. Behind the toilet there was also a wad of hair, & hair inside the shower which we had not used yet since we had just entered the room. The carpet by the beds had not been vacuumed, and on the floor by the mirror there was white powdery stuff on the floor. The room wasn’t too bad looking for an older hotel, but it definitely was not cleaned at all other than the beds being made. I hope that the bedding was changed before making the bed. The parking lot was very full & parking was not the best. There was a U-Haul with a trailer parked across multiple spots taking up the very few parking spots that were available. This should have been moved & parked back in the extra parking lot. I would not drive back in the parking lot furthest away from the hotel, there are big holes & dips that need to be filled. I was extremely upset after talking to the hotel “manager” when I had checked out that our room was disgusting & I even took pictures of what hadn’t been cleaned. He didn’t say much & said the white powdery stuff was paint, which it was not, & even if it was. Why was it not swept? Would not recommend!"

"So unfortunately there’s construction going on all around the property. It’s a NO CASH resort. The pool was a walk from our room but it was a beautiful day so we didn’t mind walking. But one night we were woken up at 7:15 with our room shaking from the trucks starting behind us. They did do everything to make it right though which is so appreciated. So be aware of heavy construction and if it’s windy your car will be dirty, it will need a car wash after. I appreciate all the help from the staff though."

"Hotel is nothing but false advertisement is in need of major repairs pool is shut down and has been there is no breakfast there is no ice machine the doors are not secure entering the building the rooms are dirty I found dried blood on my pillow and pillowcase so that tells me it wasn't changed wallpaper and paint is peeling the bathtubs need resurfaced curtains are awful walls are dirty carpet is dirty I personally booked it because of the breakfast it's non-existent avoid at all costs when you ask about the amenities that aren't available the staff is very rude also when they gave me my room it wasn't even finished being cleaned I had to hunt somebody down for towels and coffee this place is just a mess!! If a negative zero was possible that's what I would give it"

"The staff were friendly and the place was super clean. My only problem was the showers walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or scrubbed in year. I couldn’t have written my name in the residue."

"The key machine malfunctioned and we were without keys to our room. The front desk attendant let us in our 1st room. Upon leaving to get dinner, our door was stuck and we were trapped in our keyless room. We called the front desk only to discover that there was no maintenance to get us out. We were moved to another room, and still had no keys. However, upon resting - a strange man with his luggage came into our room. This startled us and he walked back out. This man had a key to our room that we didn’t. This is very disturbing and very disappointing, we have stayed here before and did not have any problems. We most likely will never return to this facility in the future."
