"The views were amazing. Altogether we had 2 rooms and both had great views. The location could not be better if you’re looking to shop for electronics. We loved the little robots that’s delivered food to your room! The bathrooms were a little outdated but nothing to complain about. Very clean. And the staff were wonderful. We had a whole day after checkout and the staff allowed us to camp out in the lobby until it was time to leave. Very elegant but with chill vibes. Highly recommend!"

"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but no chair for you to sit and wait for your ride to arrive. All the chairs are inside the bar or coffee shop which you need to buy food. The sound proofing of the room is also bad, I could hear very clearly of people talking outside my room. The location of the hotel is good and near train station with good choice of food nearby."

"This was my first stay at MGM Shenzhen. As a new hotel, its facilities are top-notch, and the beach wasn't too crowded. I had afternoon tea at the East Wing café — the beef sandwich, bagel, and smoked salmon croissant were all delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Special praise goes to Ms. Svea Sun at the front desk, who handled my check-in key process. She took the time to explain the membership benefits in detail and noted down the issues I encountered with my newly registered M Life membership. She was extremely patient and thorough. This will definitely be my first-choice hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen."
