"Rooms are tired and definitely need a cosmetic lift. Large coffee stain in floor in our room plus walls are all marked. Just over all very tired looking. Didn’t feel it was any value for the price we paid and the reputation of Ramada "

"Convenient but very limited parking considering we chose this hotel because they had parking. We were going to stay a couple more nights at this hotel the next week and asked them to store our bags until we returned. They would for a per bag per day fee. First time I encountered this in a hotel in NZ. Needless to say, we opted to haul around our extra bags. "

"Everything was great, but the cottage heating system did not work the entire time we were there. Called as asked for assistance and someone came and fiddle with the system for a while, but couldn't get the heat to work so he left and referred us to the user manual which did no good. Otherwise, highly recommended (but not when it's cold outside.)"

"Fairly large room, no balcony for us, very clean and had the essentials. Had room for a bit more furniture in ours, e.g. could have had a desk or sofa. Parking is fine, just outside the property if there is space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"The place was beautiful and very modern, rooms were perfect and comfortable, felt very homey, its not too far from the airport and town centre in Frankton and its away from the busy traffic, host was very helpful for the check in and out process, perfect place for families during your visit in Queenstown. Would definitely highly recommend to stay here if you ever come to Queenstown for a holiday, because I'll definitely be booking here again if I ever come back to Queenstown."
