"I travel a lot so I stay in a lot of different hotels all over the country. I've had a few bad experiences, and this was one of them. When I walked in to the office and a kiosk with a webcam and a live person somewhere else in the world was the check-in method I should have cancelled right then and there. I gave it a chance though. Got my keys. Went to my room, it appeared clean enough. The air conditioner wasn't on, I turned it on. After about an hour the condenser never kicked on so the air conditioner was broken. The toilet seat was also very loose. I finally went back to the office to see if the guy in the kiosk could switch me to another room. Unfortunately they didn't have any available. Trying to get my stay cancelled and all nights refunded through the kiosk guy wasn't happening. I contacted the third party I'd booked through to see what they could do, they tried reaching the hotel and surprise surprise, no one answered. So now I'm waiting to see if I at least get the second night of my stay refunded and if I have to I'll do a chargeback with my bank for the first night. If it wasn't a tiny room and it wasn't in Phoenix where the sun makes everything extremely hot I wouldn't have needed the AC but it was a threat to my health and safety not having it. I hope the owner does the right thing and fully refunds me."

"Room smelled horrible the shower had hair on the wall and floor it was almost like they forgot to clean the room. The bed pillows were little square accent pillows. My husband and I had to leave early in the am and there were homeless people around the property arguing and yelling so we got no sleep before an 6 hour drive. Very disappointed "

"I have no real complaints about this property. My bed was comfortable. The room was definitely clean. My balcony was outdated in the seats were dirty so I didn’t sit on them. My balcony door handle from the inside was broken and kept coming off if I tried to go in and out of the balcony door, my door to the entrance of the room was difficult to get into when I put my car to the reader. It was also difficult to close once I got in I closed it one time thinking that it was shut just to find out that it was still open during the middle of the night. The latch doesn’t latch all the way and that is a serious safety Issue. The last thing that I would say is, the bathroom tub was definitely outdated. The pressure of the water could be better, but other than that, my bed was comfortable. The TV worked. The bed was clean. The room itself was clean which I like a lot and it had a lot of space in there."

"Air con was loud and smelled looked like it was from 1970 Maids so jaded and angry and maintenance people were like out of a dateline episode😳. Bedding was awful more like a tablecloth...it was loud dated ,& old rusty and dirty inside & outside and when I asked for hot water the breakfast staff said they had none🤔they were also angry people seemed so unhappy to be working it was the worst!"

"Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the water park. Restaurants were good. (We ate at the Lobby Grille & the Mexican one). Room was well kept. We just didn't like the sink being in the bedroom area instead of in the bathroom, but it worked out fine since it was not our whole family. It was just my daughter & me. (We were in the Sedona buildings.) My daughter enjoyed the golf cart rides & we walked around the property a bit too. Did not see or experience everything in the 3 nights we stayed. I think we would come back, but I forget if they have 2 bedroom units. We would need that if it was our whole family. "
