"Property is average in all respect "

"Room was clean and very nice compared to the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parked with ease. Only complaint is that there was no bottled water in the room and the vending machine was sold out of water and anything without carbonation. Other than that the stay was great."

"This hotel is shabby! Door cards didn't work, front desk had to come and open the door every time we wanted in. The curtains were frayed from the sun. Control for tub and shower didn't work. Furniture was in sad shape. This hotel has seen better days!"

"This cottage is very nicely decorated and the lake view is perfectThey do not offer any toiletries in the bathrooms or dish towels or foil or saran wrap in the kitchen so bring your own We did enjoy the hot tub but its very dated The bbq was very old but useable and was told it was going to be replacedWe had a problem with the wifi when we first got there but the host came right over and got it working The host is very available and will get back to you quicklyThe living room is small , it only has 1 love seat and 2 small chairs and a very nice fireplaceWe went in March so we did not use the poolOverall is was nice"

"Property and location was fantastic. Great view of lake Erie, and all you needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable, lots of linens and towels. Had a hard time connecting to Wi-Fi. My only complaint is the cleanliness, the floors need a good go over, crumbs on the couch and inside of cupboard drawers need cleaned, vacuuming under beds and furniture. Normally dont like to leave that in a review, but it made the 5 star property a 3 for me. "
