Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes.
The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

A great place to stay if you're stopping over in KL for a couple of days and don't want to go into KL Sentral, as the IOI mall can keep you buys for days. The hotel is relatively new and has got modern amenities. It is not too far from a metro station. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the internet service is excellent. The one issue, albeit a small one, is that to get to from the hotel lobby to street level if you want to walk somewhere, you need to go to Lower Ground Level 4 and walk through the carpark.

Beautiful hotel. Smells amazing as soon as you enter the stunning reception area. Reception staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was perfectly fitting for my week stay for a work trip.
Service staff on level 13 roof top bar need to to be more attentive. Gym clean and reasonably equipped as was the pool area. Local amenities quite good from food options to laundry, etc all good. Breakfast options could be improved and replenished better and the coffee really isn’t great. Maybe...
