The small apartment was lovely, however it's in the middle of nowhere.
Dining options are VERY limited, unless you have a car or use a taxi.
The lift was very confusing......you need specific instructions to be able to use it with the swipe card.
Follow the owner's instructions VERY carefully as to how you access the key.
You can't get in early, because the cleaner will just leave the key in a safety deposit box by check in time.
The owner is very pleasant and helpful by phone contact.

This place is better than the hotel review,
Outstanding resort set in beautifully presented gardens, I was blown away.
The room was large & the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included in rates and it had everything you wanted & more.
The staff were helpful & friendly.
The only minus, you need Tpt to get around, a metered taxi to station avg price 13 ringet.
Conclusion - It's only 30 fast minutes from
Central KL but worth staying, I'd definitely return again.

The staff were very helpful, and when realising our flight was at midnight, we extended our stay for an extra day and the process was so easy (just a call to reception). the flights and early online check made the process a whole lot easier

Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes.
The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

We stayed at the Kimpton in late July 2026. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay extra special. Our deluxe room was spacious and well-appointed, with an opulent bathroom, a great rain shower, and quality products.
The pool and gym area were quiet during our stay. The pool was nice and relaxing, and the gym was a great space to work out.
The hotel is well placed to TRX and nearby businesses, but we did find it wasn’t close to any main attractions and required a Grab...

Loved everything about this relarively new property. The bedroom design and layout are outstanding, featured a sleek, modern decor and pleasant furnishings that instantly make you feel relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering an impressive variety of different choices every morning. Location great, easy walk to Jalon Alor, staff pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Tidy hotel with spacious rooms located at the IOI City mall. A great place to stay if you're stopping over in KL for a couple of days and don't want to go into KL Sentral, as the IOI mall can keep you buys for days. Staff helpful, pretty decent selection of stuff for breakfast, hotel clean and tidy, very accommodating to special requests for connecting rooms, infant cribs, and extra supplies of bottled water/coffee etc. A good kids club room with heaps of toys, colouring activities, and kiddy...
