The last time I stayed here was about 3 years ago. And the resort was poorly maintained since then. I stayed in room 302 on 23rd aug 2020. (1) the bathroom sink tap was lose and almost broken (2) there was no hot water in the bathroom (3) the room was missing hotwater kettle, asked for it but was delivered very late (4) the room telephone was not working (5) breakfast set is quite pathetic and not worth the value (7) the bathroom bidet was leaking

Overall is excellent, but u need to upgrade 2 things. The 1st one is to clean up your slides at the pool and another one is to make sure your food is enough especially during breakfast time. We love the view so much.

overall about this hotel is excellent except the room that i stayed having a aircond problem, also the toilet door is broken too, its locked from inside... need to call the recep to complaint about it... the hotel need to upgrade their maintenance services, do a daily checking on the room facilities...

Bad experience

Last sunday i hv stay at this hotel. The hotel also affected with water disruption. I know this beyond hotel control..but what i was suprised is when im coming for breakfast that morning, no hot water serve in their cafe. We need to ask them the hot water, then they will give us. Why not u guys put water dispenser like OYO Cyber boutique did? Every floor they provided water dispenser for guest to use. I need the hot water to make my baby milk. We so desperate to get water to drink. They only put cold water. Im very disppointed that time. Then during the check out no one from hotel staff apologize for this water disruption & give some rebate or voucher discount. I paid RM280 only for the room which is quite expensive but nothing special from this hotel.

food is nice! i didn’t expect the kitchen could do great nachos! but maybe next time can separate the chips! lol! overall we are very happy, kids manage to jump the pool - us not :( maybe next time! will surely comeback! keep up the great job!
