Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…....

We had 10 hours break at Kaulalampur while traveling from Perth to Bengaluru So when we checked on line we had this convenient hotel right inside the airport No hassle of taking visa hiring taxi to reach the hotel! Good basic hotel.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay in transit for our family. It is very close to the airport but we needed to ask for directions to work out how tomwall there. We stayed in the family room. The hotel is clean and modern with large bathrooms. We enjoyed a drink in the bistro area and a few snacks. Great service Also easy and quick to check in and check out.

Guest of this hotel are mainly airasia customers and their check in counter only opens 4 hours before a flight. I had an early morning flight hence I booked to stay at the hotel but unfortunately I had to pay to store my bags. I suggest the hotel provide free storage facility. Other then that I thoroughly enjoy my stay at sama sama

I had a 7 hour layover in KL, and was glad to have the opportunity to freshen up and rest somewhere. With Wi-fi and a power point it was easy to recharge devices and contact family etc. Just remember to bring a travel adaptor for the wall plug. I am not sure if they have them at reception.
